We had always went on trips and Adventures across Belfast and Beyond using public transport, but once I passed my driving test in 2018 more opportunities opened up for us and with the final member of the clan arriving soon after we were off!
Heading beyond the public transport network of rail lines and sporadic buses, the car was a real lease of life for us all. Opening up Google maps at the weekends and asking the kids “up or down, left or right” and randomly picking somewhere to go. Or on the odd occasion just getting in and seeing where we ended up.
We love trying to find something or somewhere different to try and aren’t afraid to have a go at anything. Hopefully you can enjoy our pix and adventures, and they inspire you to get outdoors and explore our beautiful country.
